Q: What is LSB Teachers' Loans?

A: This is a specialized salary loan program offered by LSB as a form of financial assistance for accredited and qualified Teaching and Non-Teaching Personnel via the Auto Payroll Deduction System (APDS) loan program.

Q: How much can I borrow?

A: Borrow for up to Php 2 Million, NOW AVAILABLE up to a maximum of an 84-month term (up to 7 years).

Note: The final loanable amount will depend on the applicant's net take-home pay.

Q: Can I avail of a Teachers' loan even if I have less than six (6) months of service?

A: Under the new Terms and Conditions with DepEd, the tenure of the teacher is no longer a requirement to get a Teachers' Loan with LSB.

Q: What are the requirements to apply for a Teachers' Loan?

A: The client only needs an Original Copy of their latest payslip and a Valid ID (PRC, DepEd, UMID, etc) as proof of identity, and an Accomplished APDS Loan Application Form (hard copy or online).

Q: How do I apply for a Teachers’ Loan?
